SHIPPING POLICY
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We proudly extend our shipping services worldwide to accommodate our diverse customer base. Whether you're located in India or abroad, we ensure efficient delivery to your doorstep. Please refer to the details below for shipping specifics based on your location:
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN INDIA)
1. Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within India.
2. Delivery Address: We deliver to all postal addresses within India. Please ensure that you provide a complete street address along with the PIN code/zip code, as courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
3. Courier Partners: Our trusted courier agents include BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post and Shree Tirupati Courier.
1. Dispatch Time: Most orders are dispatched within 3-4 working days. For custom stitching orders, please allow an additional 4-5 working days to the delivery time.
2. Made-to-Order Products: Made-to-order or pre-order products may require 15-25 working days for dispatch. We will ship these items as soon as they are ready, without waiting for the complete order.
4. Delivery Time: Once dispatched, domestic orders are typically delivered within 3-7 days, ensuring prompt delivery through our trusted courier partners.
5. Tracking Information: Tracking information is promptly provided via email upon shipment. However, please note that there may be occasional delays in email notifications due to software updates.
6. Non-Shipping Days: Please note that we do not make shipments on Sundays and public holidays, as our logistics partners do not conduct pickups on those days.
7. Multiple Deliveries: If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days due to varying item availability and shipping locations. For added safety in transit, products may be shipped separately.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Confirmation: We understand that Cash on Delivery (COD) might be convenient for some customers, and we're always exploring new options. In the meantime, we offer secure and reliable payment methods to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• Worldwide Shipping Partners: We ship worldwide exclusively through trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, Aramex, and others, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
• Standard Shipping: We provide complimentary standard shipping worldwide, including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and other countries, for orders over USD $150. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of USD $9.99 applies. Standard shipping typically requires 5-10 business days for order processing and dispatch. If your order includes custom stitching, please allow an additional 4-5 business days for preparation.
• Express Shipping and Handling: Express shipping and handling services cater to customers who need faster delivery options. Orders placed with express shipping will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. However, for custom stitching orders, an additional 2-3 business days may be required. The cost of express shipping will be automatically calculated during the checkout process, based on the total order value.
• Payment Policy: For international shipments, we only accept prepaid orders. Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) will be automatically cancelled.
• Dispatch Time: International orders are typically dispatched within 5-7 business days. For custom stitching orders, please allow 7-10 business days for dispatch.
• VAT, Import Duties, and Local Taxes: VAT, import duties, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may vary according to the regulations of the destination country.
• Payment of Import Duties: Import duties must be paid within 2 days of the shipment's arrival to avoid forfeiture of the order.
RETURN POLICY
- We have a generous 2 day no-questions-asked return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can get it exchanged.
- Please initiate returns by emailing us at support@glamrani.com
- For International returns, the customer is responsible for sending the product back to our store in India.
- We will issue a refund back in the form of store credit that can be used for future purchases on our website (after deducting shipping and payment processing charges).
- Payment processing fee are 5% of the order value (with a minimum fee of $5 USD). These are deducted from the refund as payment processing fee.
- For returns within India, We will arrange for a courier to pick up the merchandise from your home. In rare cases that our courier cannot pickup from your address, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product to our warehouse.
- The store credit will have validity of 1 year. Incase the store credit is not used in 1 year, it will be expired and can not be renewed.
- Store credit will be issued for the full product price paid by the customer.
Please note that the following products shall not be eligible for return or exchange:
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product or is not in the original condition
- If the product is customized for you (e.g - Lehenga, Salwar-Kameez with custom stitching or Sarees with fall & edging, Stitched Blouses, etc)
- 100% Pure Silk Sarees are not eligible for return. These are unique handwoven pieces that are produced on demand.
- Jewellery products are not eligible for return. These are limited to on-demand.
- Orders placed using store credit (either part or in full) are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Orders placed using store credit (either part of in full) are not eligible for any discounts.
- Return request raised after 2-days of receiving the products.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled and modified for any reason. If you need help after you have placed the order, please contact us at support@glamrani.com and we will do our best to help you out.
- In the event of product unavailability due to quality or stock issues, we will promptly communicate with you via Email/Whatsapp to provide suitable alternatives or refund options.
FAQ's
How soon will I get my Store Credit?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your item is inspected and approved, we will send your credit note (credit notes are issued on your registered email address). Please note, Glam Rani reserves the final right to refuse or accept a return or exchange. All disputes are subject to Surat, Gujarat Jurisdiction only.
How to use the Store Credit?
Once you receive the credit note code from us, you can apply it on our website at the checkout page, after the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the ‘COUPON CODE’ section and click on ‘APPLY’. You will see the discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted in the total as per your given discount amount. Please note that the full amount of store credit is to be used at once. If there are any issues in using the credit note code, please contact our customer care team and they will be of assistance. Store credit once expired, can not be renewed. Please use it within the time frame.
Transit Risk
We ship all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. In the rare event that the courier company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss, as the in-transit risk is borne by us. However, please note that we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages or any damages to the package after being left at the customer's address by the postal/courier agency.
Address Change Requests
Once an order is registered, alterations cannot be made. However, address change requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email us your change request, and we will do our best to accommodate it.
Incorrect Or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid any penalties charged by courier companies for incorrect addresses. Customers will bear the cost of any such penalties and or fees. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible for paying re-shipping charges.
Ready To Ship Section (RTS).
Our RTS section offers a selection of products that can be shipped within 1-2 business days, with standard delivery times applicable. Each category at Glam Rani features an RTS section, providing you with the convenience of quick orders. If option for custom stitching, an additional 4-5 working days are applicable to the standard delivery time.
Billing Address and Shipping Address
The billing address is the address where a customer receives bills from their credit card company, while the shipping address is the location where the customer wants their shipment to be delivered.
What about lost shipments?
Please note that Glam Rani is not responsible for shipments lost on transit. We use top tier shipping companies including DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, Delhivery, DTDC and BlueDart to ensure reliable and fast deliveries worldwide.
