Return & Exchange Policy

OUR EASY RETURN POLICY:

1. For Damaged or Tampered Deliveries:

If you notice any damage to the product or if the packaging seems tampered with before accepting the delivery, please don't hesitate to reject it. Simply return the package to the delivery person and email us at support@glamrani.com with your Order ID.

2. Hassle-Free Replacement:

We'll make sure to provide you with a brand new replacement at no extra cost once we verify the issue.

3. Unsatisfied with Your Purchase? Here's What to Do:

If you're not satisfied with the product, you can raise a return request through our Returns Center within 3 days of receiving the parcel. Email us an UNPACKING video at support@glamrani.com , After analyzing, we'll arrange a pick-up or guide you on sending it back (reverse pick-up might not be available in some areas).

Return Processing Options:

Store Credit: The product's value will be credited to your 'GLAMRANI store' Account for future use.

Bank Refund: We refund the amount minus Rs.200/-(adjusted for shipping & re-stocking charges) to your bank account. Provide necessary bank details along with your return request.

4. How to Raise a Return Request:

Return requests must be made through our Returns Center; other platforms like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or phone calls won't be accepted.

5. Time Frame for Returns:

If circumstances prevent you from returning the shipment within 72 hours after raising the return request, a credit note will be issued instead of a refund.

 6. Proof of Return:

When returning the product to the courier, get a receipt (physical or digital). In case of a lost shipment, we need this proof.

 7. Speedy Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days of receiving the product at our Surat warehouse.

 8. Return Item Conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, in their original packaging. Tags should be attached, and any alterations will render the return invalid.

 9. EMI Purchases:

Products bought on EMI cannot be returned but are eligible for exchange.

Following products shall not be eligible for return, viz:

1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product.
2. If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging
3. If the product is customized for you
4. If the Return or Exchange is requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
5. If the product is made to order.
6. On the products with which it is specifically mentioned that it is not eligible for return/exchange.
7. Product Sold during clearance, festival sale, offers Sale.

OUR EASY EXCHANGE POLICY:

  1. How to Request an Exchange: If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange by emailing us an UNPACKING video at support@glamrani.com within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

  2. Exchange Process: Once we've reviewed the reasons for the exchange and are satisfied, GLAMRANI store will arrange a pick-up from your location. (Please note: Reverse pick-up may not be available in certain areas. In such cases, you'll need to send the item back to us via courier.)

  3. Payment for Exchange: Exchange products will be sent with prepaid shipping only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for exchange items.
